The following charts were created to show potential sponsors where our money comes from, our expenses, and our project income.
We are a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization with approximately 40 high school students participating in FIRST Robotics each year. All donations are tax deductible!
Our money comes from…
Figures for 2013-2014 season,
Sponsorships included: Endress+Hauser, Rolls Royce, and the Indiana Department of Education. Also included is the Engineering Inspiration Award.
Student fees are dollars actually paid by the student toward their fee. Friends and Family money includes donations to individual students and the team.
Fundraising includes light bulb profits, Pampered Chef, wreaths, Kroger Cards, and FLL concessions.

Entry fees were for Purdue, Cincinnati, IRI, and CAGE match.
Travel includes hotels, bus rental, gasoline for buses, and team meal at Purdue.
Banquet includes food, mentor/sponsor awards, and student awards.
PR/NENGA includes spiritwear, office supplies, buttons, wristbands, and homecoming float.
Trailer includes the trailer itself, registration, and spare tire.

Entry fees are for Purdue, unknown regional during spring break, IRI, MARC, and CAGE match.
Travel includes hotels, bus rental, gasoline for buses, and team meal at Purdue.
Banquet includes food, mentor/sponsor awards, student awards, and decorations.
PR/NENGA includes spiritwear, office supplies, buttons, wristbands, and homecoming float.
The only trailer fee will be for registration ($100), this is included in travel.
